  Place the unworn products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any Australia Post office or designated drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
